The Personalized Certificate of Authenticity is a unique numbered and personalized digital certificate that authenticates ownership of The Secret: Collector’s Edition Blu-ray. The Certificate of Authenticity is provided as a PDF with the owner’s name and the collector’s rank, designating the purchase number of the The Secret: Collector’s Edition. The Certificate of Authenticity is available for a limited time, which is at the provider’s discretion.

What is the Digital Rental Movie Pass?
The Digital Rental Movie Pass is a digital streaming version of The Secret: Remastered in HD. This offers access to 900 minutes of digital streaming on any device on The Secret’s video platform. This 900 minutes includes streaming of The Secret: Remastered feature-length film, remastered in High Definition, as well as Rhonda’s Ten Secret Insights, the 4-Week Secret Challenge exclusive video content, and the Great Minds Trailer. This equates to watching The Secret: Remastered documentary and additional content video up to eight times each.

What is Rhonda’s 4-Week Secret Challenge?
The 4-Week Secret Challenge is a special bonus feature in which Rhonda Byrne encourages viewers to immerse themselves in The Secret teachings by viewing the movie every week for 4 weeks.  As they complete each landmark step, they are rewarded with unlocked exclusive weekly videos containing downloadable powerful processes as well as personalized emails from Rhonda to help take their manifesting to new levels.

When will my copy of The Secret Collector’s Edition Blu-ray arrive?
Upon ordering your copy of The Secret: Collector’s Edition Blu-ray through The Secret website or Beyond Words, you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation from Beyond Words. If you have not received an order or shipping confirmation email, or for any other questions regarding your order or shipment, please contact info@beyondword.com.

How do I access my Certificate of Authenticity?
Access to the Certificate of Authenticity will be emailed following shipment confirmation of The Secret: Collector’s Edition Blu-ray. This email is entitled “How to access your Certificate of Authenticity, and it includes a URL link to download your Certificate. If you have received shipment confirmation but not this follow up email, then please check your spam or junk emails folder and white list the sender – notifications@thesecret.tv . If you still cannot find this email, please contact us at notifications@thesecret.tv for assistance.

What type of player do I need to watch The Secret Collector’s Edition Blu-ray?

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot play The Secret Collector’s Edition Blu-ray on a regular DVD player or computer disc-drive.

How do I access the Digital Rental Movie Pass?
Upon ordering your copy of The Secret: Collector’s Edition Blu-ray through The Secret website or Beyond Words, you will receive an order confirmation from Beyond Words. You will receive a separate email from notifications@thesecret.tv entitled “How to access your Digital Products.” This email explains how to gain access to digital items associated with your purchase. This includes your Certificate of Authenticity along with your Digital Rental Movie Pass access. Read these instructions carefully, and then click on the “click here” hyperlink towards the bottom of the email. This will take you to a Customer Control Panel in which you can designate the recipient of your order. Here you have the option to gift the Digital Rental Movie Pass to someone else or assign it to yourself by clicking “Designate Recipient” alongside each purchase. If you choose to assign to yourself, then you will receive another email containing your login credentials including a password to access all of the streaming video content available in the Digital Rental Movie Pass.

Once you have your login credentials, you can access the video content within the Digital Rental Movie Pass anytime within the following 30 days at https://remastered.thesecret.tv.

What do I do if I cannot find the “How to access your Digital Products” email?
If you have received an order confirmation email from Beyond Words but you cannot find the “How to access your Digital Products” email from notifications@thesecret.tv , try looking in your spam, clutter, or junk emails folders. You can also try white listing notifications@thesecret.tv address. If you are still unable to locate this email, then contact notifications@thesecret.tv and we will help you.

How long does my Digital Rental Movie Pass last?
Your Digital Rental Movie Pass access will expire 30 days after you log in with your password for the first time on The Secret’s video platform https://remastered.thesecret.tv, or when the 900 streaming minutes are used up, whichever comes first. You can check when your 30 day rental is due to expire on The Secret’s video platform https://remastered.thesecret.tv  by clicking on ACCOUNT in the top right corner and selecting STATUS. Your rental period expiry date will appear.

Why can’t I access videos in my Digital Rental Movie Pass any longer?
Your Digital Rental Movie Pass access will expire 30 days after you log in with your password for the first time, or when the 900 streaming minutes are used up, whichever comes first. Once your 30 days or 900 streaming minutes have been used, your account will remain active but you will not be able to access videos.

How do I access Rhonda’s 4-Week Secret Challenge?
Once you have your log in credentials and you’ve created your account on The Secret’s video platform at https://remastered.thesecret.tv, you can begin your journey by watching Rhonda’s introductory video entitled “The Secret 4-Week Challenge.” At the completion of this video, you will receive an email from Rhonda confirming the instructions for the challenge – the very next step being to watch The Secret Remastered in HD within The Secret’s video platform. Once you complete the movie in full, you then gain access to the first of 4 exclusive weekly videos from Rhonda providing deeper insights and powerful processes to help you manifest your dreams. These are to be found within the LIBRARY view of The Secret’s video platform.

(Note that you cannot access these videos until you have watched The Secret Remastered in HD in full. Week 1 video is unlocked once you have watched The Secret Remastered in HD for the first time. Week 2 video is unlocked once you have watched The Secret Remastered in HD for the second time, and so on.)

Following your viewing in full of each exclusive weekly video, you will receive another email from Rhonda, providing a summary of the lesson offered in that week’s video, along with links to download helpful tools to take your manifesting to new levels.

Can I change my password for my Digital Rental Movie Pass?
You can change your password linked with your log in credentials for your Digital Rental Movie Pass on The Secret’s video platform https://remastered.thesecret.tv  by clicking on ACCOUNT in the top right corner and selecting CHANGE PASSWORD.

Can I share my log in credentials for my Digital Rental Movie Pass?
The Digital Rental Movie Pass is for use in a single household only, and usage outside of the designated household may result in the account being suspended.
