What is Manifestation?
Manifestation is the art of intentionally attracting something that you desire into your life. Manifestation harnesses the most powerful law in the Universe, the Law of Attraction. This is the law that governs everything that comes into your life and everything that you experience. There are absolutely no limits to what you are able to manifest in your life through the Law of Attraction.
How do I Manifest my desires?
As disclosed in Rhonda Byrne’s international bestseller, The Secret, there is a simple three-step process for manifesting anything you desire. This powerful practice was originally called The Creative Process, but it can also be referred to as The Manifestation Practice.
The three steps of the Manifestation Practice are:
- ASK
- BELIEVE
- RECEIVE
Step 1 – Ask
The first step to manifesting anything you desire is to ask. This involves simply making a decision. When you make a decision about what you want, it’s just like deciding to go to the corner store to get some milk; it’s no different. Once you’ve made that decision, your desire is manifested.
Of course if every desire was as simple as getting milk at the corner store, there wouldn’t be any need for step 2 and step 3. But unfortunately, most of our desires are more challenging for us to manifest because we have doubts and limiting beliefs about whether or not we are truly worthy of receiving what we want. And in the moment that we doubt we will receive what we’ve asked for, our manifestation is cancelled. We need to overcome doubt and limiting beliefs, and that is the reason for the second step in the Manifestation Process.
Step 2 – Believe
In order for you to Manifest anything you want, first you must truly believe that it’s possible for you to receive it. If you’re finding that doubts are really undermining your belief that you are worthy of receiving what you’ve asked for, then there is a very powerful practice you can utilize to increase your belief: Affirmations. Affirmations are like positive, personal mission statements which, when repeated over and over, help form new beliefs. And once you form these new beliefs, you are rocketing toward the manifestation of your desire.
Another way to overcome doubts and form new beliefs is through the powerful practice of Visualization. When you picture yourself with your desire, your subconscious mind does not know whether you are simply imagining this manifestation or whether it is real. As a result, your subconscious mind forms the new belief that you already have this desire. The law of attraction receives that belief along with the image you visualized, and begins to manifest it as your life.
Step 3 – Receive
The final step to Manifestation is to simply feel good so you can Receive. When you are feeling good, you are a magnet to your desire because you are matching the frequency of your desire. Feel the feelings of happiness and satisfaction that you would expect to feel once your desire is fully manifested. Feel joy, feel good, because that’s the only time that you will fully manifest what you desire – when you feel good!
If you’re struggling to feel good, the best way to raise your feelings to joy and happiness is through Gratitude. So be truly grateful for all that you have and you will find yourself happier than you’ve ever been before, and as a consequence, you will manifest everything you have ever dreamed of.
