Each afternoon, I’ll meditate for a few minutes before shuffling the deck and picking the top card. I’ll read it, then journal about how the card relates to me or what I’m going through at the time. I’m about a week into it, and without fail, the cards have been very applicable each day. I try to wait until the night to do it, but I can never wait that long. I can only hold off until mid afternoon. I get so excited to see what the next card says. Sounds looney, I know. Also, the materials are really nice, high quality.
