Smile Your Way To Peace, Clarity, And Happiness.

There are times when you may feel absolutely hopeless, powerless, and unmotivated. I have had a few such moments in my life, especially in the time of the Covid pandemic. All I wanted to do is lay in bed, yet I felt guilty for not being motivated enough, and not doing enough. At times like that it is not easy to think positively or feel good or even move. You just don’t know what to do .
During such moments, what has helped me a lot, is smiling. In The Secret Audiobook, Rhonda Byrne mentions this technique briefly. Just smiling for a few minutes can alter the way you feel. It might make you feel silly for doing it without a purpose but it helps. Smiling for a few minutes can push you out of any negative feeling and make you feel better.
I had a headache, a cold, and a mild fever. I was paranoid that it was the coronavirus. I needed to get up and get to work as it was an important work day but I felt tired. I tried a lot of things and while they did make me feel better, they were temporary solutions. I then used the smiling technique. I smiled for a few minutes while in my bed alone in my room. Although it did not fill me up with energy instantly, I did start feeling slightly more hopeful. I got out of bed, had lunch, read a few stories on The Secret website, and then took a nap. When I woke up I was feeling way better. I took a shower and started working. I did the smiling technique a few times while I was working. I made it my intention to feel and think positively. By the end of the day I had completely transformed my perspective, and I had the best financial day in my business! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Had I not gotten sick I would not have decided to start feeling good and to start thinking good thoughts. My body literally helped me to change the direction of my thoughts and feelings by indicating it through my health. All illnesses are simply indications and signs to change our thinking and when you take the hint and use the sign to alter your thinking, your reality becomes a whole lot better than before.
