IsraelI am a 19 year old girl from Israel. I am a believer in the law of attraction for 4 years already. I train professionally in judo.
First of all, thank you Rhonda Byrne, and everyone who shares their stories here. You guys give me hope and motivation to keep going.
I am a 19 year old old girl from Israel. I’ve trained professionally in judo since I was 4 years old. I always win medals in competitions, but I never believed that I was good enough to win gold or to be better than all of the girls in Israel. I felt weaker, less skilled and just average, and as you all know, you attract what you believe you are.
Six months ago I created a reality in which my coach stopped believing in me. He never looked at me during trainings, he stopped talking to me and told me I should coach little kids and quit, because I didn’t progress as fast as he wanted me to. I was depressed, insecure and I cried almost every day for 6 months. No matter how many times I tried to change my subconscious limiting beliefs about myself, it didn’t work. I kept losing all the time and I kept crying.
Two days ago I was extremely depressed and asked the Universe for a sign, guidance, inspiration, anything that would help me to believe in myself and change my coach’s attitude. I said thank you and let it go. I remembered the power of gratitude and I wrote down 15 things that I appreciate in my coach. I felt a little better.
When my training started, he changed completely! He looked at me all the time, he told me how to improve my technique, he encouraged me, told me he believe in myself and I was shocked. Six months changed in just 5 minutes of gratitude!
So I tried it on myself. I wrote down 15 things that I appreciate in myself and let it go. I started winning all of my fights. Even people 20 kilograms bigger than me. I changed completely. I am confident and happy. I now win gold medals.
Try it yourself. Sometimes it is better to feel good and let go. Do not try too hard or to force things, you might get the opposite result. When you have a circumstance you don’t like, change the way you look at it and your circumstance will change. Find things to be grateful for.
Thank you!
