I have a watch. A battery watch. After about fifteen months it stopped working because the battery ran down. It is an “ultra-thin” model and they’re notorious for being difficult to get the back off the watch and I was not been able to do it. Indeed, even jewellers find it difficult to do.
Last night I really read the main points of The Secret book and found the website here. It occurred to me that I could have a go at taking the back off the watch. It was as if one someone was telling me to persevere a bit and it will work this time.
At first I was worried about damaging it but then I remembered to think positive and a couple of goes later, the back was off! I changed the battery but even after doing that, it still was not keeping good time. So I slept on it and continued to think positive.
This morning is was back to normal, working just like it was supposed to! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
