Intend For A Great Day.

London, UKA woman working to turn negativity into a positive, joyful life.
As I had seen Rhonda’s post on The Secret Facebook page, I thought I would give it a try, to “intend” to have a wonderful day. I didn’t think too much about it after that, but at the end of the day, it was truly wonderful.
I had to go to work. I work in the TV and Film industry, and was filming a commercial that day. But I also had a casting for a different commercial, and I really wanted to be able to do both. The first job was scheduled to end at 6 pm, and the latest I could go for the casting was 7. I gave up hope as the casting happened to be literally across London, on the opposite side, and it would take me over an hour just to get there.
Normally filming never finishes on time, in fact, they usually go longer than the stated time. I did not want to be rude and unprofessional by asking to leave early. Luckily, as the director, that day was particularly nice and friendly; I thought, “Maybe I will just ask in a polite way if I could leave a little bit early to go to my other casting.” So I did ask him. Well, he said that we should be done a bit earlier and to let one of the producers know later on when I needed to leave! So I was able to leave even earlier than I had expected to! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
When I went to catch the bus, I saw it just pulling away and read that the next one may not come for another 12 minutes. I started to worry I would not make it. Then, a few minutes later, a different bus pulled up, and it was a different number, but I saw that it was also going to the train I needed to get to! So I ended up getting there an hour early! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
While in the area, I realized there was something I had meant to pick up that I had been wanting for a while and that I could only get in that particular area. I had taken out cash the day before and thought I had it still in my wallet. The shop is cash only, and when I went to grab the cash, I realized I had forgotten that I had left the cash in my other bag! I was disappointed as I did not know when I might be back in the area. Also, by this time, I didn’t know if I had enough time to withdraw cash, come back to the shop, and then go to my casting. I debated leaving and coming back, finally realizing I would not have enough time.
The shopkeeper was very friendly, and as I turned around to leave the store, he said, “Wait a minute,” and disappeared into the other room. He came out with the item I wanted and said, “Don’t worry, just take it for today, and the next time you are in the area, try. You can come back and pay me then!” I couldn’t believe it; I thanked him, of course, and promised to come back, which, of course, I will! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
This experience brought me so much happiness and gratitude and inspired me to keep going for the bigger things I’d really like to have and do in my life!
I know these are smaller things than some of the other stories people have posted here, but I wanted to inspire other people to create wonderful days and keep going to manifest more miracles!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you so very much!
