I had read The Secret and watched The Secret movie and loved them. On some level, I felt it was wrong to know I had the power to make my life turn out as I wanted. However, then I began to realize that we all do.

My vision board had all come true except for one thing. The home I lived in was being sold. I was devastated because I hoped to buy it when I finally made it. I looked at loans but knew that was not wise for me. I decided to play the lottery. I wrote out The Secret Check to myself and I won money in the lottery!

I paid the owners of my house and land 2 times the asking price because I could. Not only could I buy what I wanted, I knew exactly who to go to for help investing the money so that I build wealth to give to others and to make life better for those around me. I don’t give it away freely, I help people clean up mistakes they made out of fear.

I am able to fund increases for a local medical facility so that great people can keep working and making a living in our small town. The hospital can do more and better for its patients. I can keep working to help make a difference but I don’t have to feel the stress and strain I have felt. I can pay people what they deserve.

I will get married next year and be in the best shape of my life, on the beach in Mexico, and in the most beautiful dress. My dad can retire or work, whatever he wants. I can do simple things like fix dental work for an unsuspecting individual or just make life better. Even my best friends don’t know what happened, only that life is a little better for all of us since I am free to give and continue to receive. All because I believed the time was now and I listened to how the Universe was ready to give it to us.
