My Umbrella Is With Me.

N. NJI am a warrior constantly in survival mode with a smile on my face and keeping my spirits up high. I am grateful to be surrounded by my Guardian Angels.
Just recently I started thinking about my childhood. It makes me feel good remembering my independent life at such a young age. I didn’t enjoy toys unless they came with a learning tool. Something that would keep my brain busy. I would also get a kick out of music and writing.
Starting at the age of 7, when school was out I would have to go to someone else’s home while my mom was at work. When that started, a light bulb went off in my head. I would run to my collection bags and fill them up. I was packing as if I had a job to go to, just like my mom. LOL! This girlie girl packed lipgloss, snacks, a Walkman, a few cassettes, extra batteries, a crossword book, a book to read, and a diary.
Believe it or not, I went through a lot starting way before the age of 7. With the Universe being so involved in protecting me, I had to become a writer.
I was physically led one minute, then all of a sudden I was introduced to a world that I did not know existed. A world of disabled people. I started having health issues that were very unusual and it took many years to get an answer about my health diagnosis and treatments. Through it all, faith, music, reading, and writing kept me in warrior mode. I had asked the Universe to give me the courage to handle what was about to take place.
And yes, my prayers have been answered! My next step is to walk again. I am so grateful that the Universe keeps me mentally and physically aware.
I am grateful for The Secret. I am grateful for weekly treatments. I am grateful that the Universe will bless me with a cure. I am grateful for positive vibes.
Thank you, Rhonda. You are also a blessing.
