Pardon my English as English is not my first language. I am not using my real name for privacy purposes. I am a 24 year old woman in the process of manifesting my dream life. I had this Obsessive Compulsive disorder called dermatillomania, sometimes called skin picking or excoriation disorder. I am now free from this mental health issue.

For years I have been struggling with picking the skin under my feet, and I struggled so much with this. I tried everything but nothing worked. I tried to put socks on my feet and wear them all the time to stop it but that did not work either. It was really hard for me because this would interfere with my confidence, and made me self-conscious about my feet. The picking was so bad that I would bleed and be unable to walk properly, I would limp and be in pain. Despite all this pain I just could not bring myself to stop picking my skin and hurting myself. I felt really low about myself.

After watching The Secret movie I thought that I would just try to heal myself from this mental health issue. I would close my eyes and see my feet clean and nice looking. I imagined what it would be like not to be picking on my feet anymore. But nothing happened and I was still picking on my skin. I stop imagining and days went by.

One day I realized that I just stopped picking on my skin and my feet were healthy again!! The desire to pick on my skin just was not there anymore and I could not believe it! After so much time I finally was able to wear beautiful sandals with my pretty, healed feet. I am so grateful!

This is a pretty big manifestation for me because this condition made me suffer a lot and feel like I was in chains! Now I am happy to say that I am free!! I will post my next manifestation here to inspire people.
