Lately, I’ve been making enough money to “get by” … and that’s about it. For the longest time, I’ve been wondering “Is this what the Universe intends for me? To barely ‘get by’ … without going any further?”

Today, I had dinner at Chik-Fil-A. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, coleslaw, and a medium soft drink. The clerk “accidentally” messed up my order (she gave me a FRIED chicken sandwich and coleslaw instead). I took the mistaken order back to the counter, only to find my correct order — a grilled chicken sandwich and coleslaw — waiting for me.

To make a long story short, the clerk let me keep the order she screwed up — the fried chicken sandwich and coleslaw (needless to say, I had it bagged to go and took it home).

I know now that ours is a giving Universe. The Universe intends for us to prosper — not just “get by”. I thank the Universe for giving me the answer I needed to hear.

My faith has now been bolstered immeasurably ever since this experience. I now look forward to all the great things the Universe has in store for me.
