We moved to a new area just a couple of years ago. My son joined a new primary school in Year 4. We needed to apply for a secondary school place for him in Year 6. Close by us is a private boarding school. We could not afford the fees so I disregarded it at first but then a friend mentioned that they allow a certain number of free school places. Only about 25 for the whole area! So we applied, putting the school as our first choice but we had to choose up to 6 different schools.

So I put pictures of the school up in my son’s bedroom and told him to look at it every day and say thank you. I got him to try on the school uniform and took a picture of him and put that up on the wall too. Every day I imagined receiving the letter from the school admissions saying he has been offered his first choice.

Today we received that letter confirming his free place at the private boarding school!

I am so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you dear Lord and the Universe. Thank you also to Rhonda Byrne for making us aware of the LOA.
