My 6 year old is so bright and kind. I am so thankful to be his mom. He was so excited to go to the family bingo at school. We went with my nieces and we were excited to play. There were 5 games in total. My son, the happy-go-lucky guy, wins a bingo round, not once but twice! Oh my goodness! His excitement and gratitude were obvious and he was beaming! The Universe heard him and gave him all the fun. It was amazing to see.

After the games, on our way home we were glowing with joy. I asked him, “Honey, should we go get a lotto ticket?” He said, “Yes, mommy. Can we go?” We got 2, $10 tickets and we won $100 dollars on one of the tickets. I said we need to go buy you a new bike tomorrow with our lotto winnings because you deserve it.

My son rarely asks for much that is extravagant. He is so simple and fun to spend time with. So, I thought a new bike is just what he deserves. Mind you, riding a bike is not as simple for some kids and my son is one of them. Although he didn’t show me the excitement you would typically see a 6 year old boy display, I was proud that he is willing to try it and I know he will get it down. It just takes some time and patience.
