Recently I have been experiencing lower back pain and my family doctor had arranged for me to do an X-ray and an MRI scan to see what was going on in my spine. At this point, I had already begun re-visiting The Secret Audiobook.

The day that I was advised to stop my Muay Thai classes was the day I happened to be listening to the chapter on Health. I am not sure but I think that was the work of The Universe. Ever since then, I have been repeating the mantra: “My body is capable of healing itself. I love my body.” I say this every single day. Every day I tell myself to let my specialist worry about it and I am just going to focus on healing.

Today, I went for a follow up review with my spine specialist. After looking at my MRI scan, he was surprised and also confused. He said that my body is trying to heal itself. At that point, I had a light bulb moment and in my heart, I was like, yes! The Secret works!” So I will continue to recite this mantra every day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
