The first time I saw ‘the secret’ was at movie night, sitting comfortably in a friend’s living room with my girlfriend & her friends. Everyone gathered around anticipating something great, because she had expressed such joy & enthusiam about the film.

Almost immediately it captured every person’s attention, causing some to even get pen & paper to take notes. All eyes and ears glued to the set taking in every word that came flowing out of each presenters mouth. It was fascinating the way the entire room become electrically charged with hope, positivism and inspiration. Nearly all of us agreed that a vision board would be vital to our creations and future lives.

I left town shortly thereafter, and found myself in an unhealthy space of living. My mind became so immersed in the space I was in it felt like I was drowning in mid-air. I knew & my friends knew I had to change my thoughts to more positive images and mindset, despite what was happening in my current situation. Within a few days of being there, my best friend Alicia literally drove across several states in mid-blizzard winter weather to get me. Not once did she encounter any snowy or hazard conditions coming or going. A miracle with what was happening all around & between us from Seattle to Denver. As I knew she was making her way we all visualized a safe passage (two other good friends were very instrumental in making this happen).

In the meantime, I called my old office partner Audrey & told her I was returning to Denver, and asked a favor re: any office spaces she might have encountered that she thought would work for me. Not only had she found one, but weeks before I even called she come across one and told the person that she intuitively knew I belonged in that space even though I had already moved away. She said knew it was just the place for me and believed it was so. Without knowing she was even doing that, I was simultaneously asking the Universe for the perfect place to manifest my practice upon my return. I’m a healing practitioner & prayed for all my old and potentially unforseen clients to somehow know I was returning and have us be connected. Before I left the northwest at least three clients called wondering if I was in town, and when could they schedule.
Three days after arriving, I went to see the space Audrey found & basically signed the lease a few days later. Now mind you, I had no money to even pay for the lease nor all the supplies necessary for my practice. (most things packed in storage & not all accessible) I’m also a yoga instructor & the very next day after seeing the new office space found the perfect space to teach yoga. Couple days later found a new part-time job in a jazz club/restaurant and test drove my new dream car to come. Not to mention my perfect partnership continues to blossom and I’ve healed a broken relationship with my son!

Everything happened so fast once my thoughts and mindset shifted into more positive flow with the Universe. I know the Secret had something very powerful to do with all of this. Because since my return three weeks ago, I’ve listened to my friends audio every single day. Some part of some chapter, it doesn’t even matter which part, I get something from it everytime I listen. And I’ve listened from beginning to end & everywhere in between.

While reading some of the stories, tears began streaming down my face and I was inspired to write my story, because I wanted to fall to my knees in a state a gratitude and joy at the amazing things that are happening to me on a daily basis. The Secret was direct reminder & influence of everything possible that exist for myself and everyone else. My father thank God, taught me many of these principles & truths when I was a child. But every once in awhile I’d forget that I have this amazing creative power, this gift to manifest my life exactly as I see, dream and choose.

Thank You Rhonda Byrne and every person who participated with you on bringing the Secret to light, for all of us who might be gifted with its wisdom & insightful information. It REALLY does work, over & over again!! I can feel the powers of manifestation & creation occuring even in this moment. And I know, feel & believe there is so much more blessings coming forth.
