My ‘Secret’ Discovery.

London, United KingdomForever young, Universal spirit, eternally grateful!
Thank you, Rhonda!!!
I must start by expressing my gratitude. In the past, I would not have considered writing a review ‘about anything’ except for having read The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne, the first in her so named title series of books. I am now currently at the start of my own new journey, having just completed this inspirational book which I can only best describe in less than 5 words as ‘something of miraculous powers’. For me to complete any book would have been considered a miracle in itself prior to this one, gifted to me by the eldest of my two fantastic daughters, I now can’t wait to get on to reading the next, and the next, and the next book.
Let me introduce myself; Adrian Matthew Steele, age 48 and nearly three quarters, but forever young. I am based in London, UK, although I am of course a ‘universal spirit’. I am an Entrepreneur, Sales Consultant mentor, Motivator and a Coach. I literally became most of these titles virtually overnight, but I also still currently freelance as a private hire executive cab driver. My first customer after completing the book became my potential first client for Sales Consultancy work with some urgent requirements and is a neighbor from right across the street who I had never even seen before yesterday.
I now also have expectations of becoming a published author and poet one day, and this is my first soiree in the direction of writing anything meaningful. I can also say that I’ve never felt as connected to anyone before who doesn’t actually know me, as I now do with Rhonda. I am sure this must also be the case for millions of other people out there.
So besides ‘all’ of that, what makes me describe ‘The Secret’ in such a way? Well, I say that I found the book inspirational for a number of reasons, not least of which because of a short poem or limerick that I wrote as a direct result. Shortly after that, a couple got into my car one evening with whom I felt a connection. It turned out that one had read ‘The Secret’ and the other had recently started. Interestingly, the latter then invited me to send off an audio to his father’s community radio show that was dedicated to poetry and readings, for this coming weekend. So I did.
Entitled; ‘Waking Up’
“Wide awake, in no way tired,
feeling great, and totally inspired…
Because there’s no time like the present, for us ‘all’ to imagine,
‘Whatever’ the future for ourselves, we might wish to fashion.
It’s all up to You, today’s primed right,
simply close Your eyes, and then, hold them tight…
…this is time, for just, Your inner sight,
Now;
Can You see it?
It’s ‘Your’ future that’s bright!”
The title’s double-meaning originated as a ‘start of day’ motivational tool and developed in to ‘Waking Up’, my short poem about having suddenly woken up to life. It’s a realization that as I now like to say, if you conceive it and believe it, you’ll achieve it!
The book has also helped make sense of relatable experiences that have occurred in my own life, similar to factual ones described in the book. It is rewired my thinking in such a positive way that I am now always on-time having previously been notorious at being late for everything. I have reconnected with people both here in the UK and overseas. I have been able to navigate my way through some previously quite challenge times and also fix seemingly irreparable relationships that are very important to me and my closest loved ones. Best of all, I have already been able to help make some of their own dreams come true as a direct result.
I am dedicated to making a positive impact out here, mainly in trying to help others achieve their own goals, dreams or aspirations in life, and also by promoting and aiding better social cohesion through the knowledge and wisdoms of ‘The Secret’. This I believe is the best possible way that I could ever give back somehow for what I consider myself to be so fortunate enough to have gained from all of this.
To summarise, I could not recommend anything more highly enough to anyone than I can ‘The Secret’ and would therefore like to conclude as I began, with gratitude. Thank you so much Rhonda, and to your magnificent team. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am sure I will never be as grateful to anyone ever again in my lifetime for anything, as I am the compilation of this book which has clearly been a life changer for me and millions of others.
Bless you, ‘One’ and ‘All’,
Fondest Regards and Very Best Wishes,
Adrian M. Steele.
